Third elder in Purgatory city
The third elder believed that she was favored by the City Master, therefore she behaved like a tyrant in the whole Purgatory City, and she had a high status. The other two elders had always turned a blind eye, so she developed her spoiled and unrestrained temperament
She was Disfigured and and tortured for 10 years.
